The terms and conditions of use set out below apply to the websites owned, operated and controlled by WAGs Beauty located on the World Wide Web at http://www.swdl.co.uk and at every other associated domain name owned by WAGs Beauty (each of which is referred to throughout these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By proceeding beyond the Home Page of this website, you are deemed to have full knowledge of the following terms and conditions and to accept them. If you do not agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
2. Alteration to the Terms and Conditions:
WAGs Beauty reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove part or all of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website following any change in the terms and conditions will be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of those changes.
3. Treatment Times:
All treatment times are approximate as time is allowed
for preparation, consultation and relaxation. We ask
that you arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment
so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist
at the appointed time. Please note that late arrival
may cause your appointment to be shortened
4. Prices
We reserve the right to increase our prices at anytime which will be displayed on our publicity material or on our website.
5. Payment
We accept most Credit Cards also payment in cash, by debit cards or cheque. WAGs Beauty is not VAT registered. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
For gift vouchers and products: If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
6. Your right to cancelThe following terms apply to all appointments made for Monday to Saturday- excluding wedding make-up. See below for special terms applicable to wedding make-up.
At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
Cancellation or change of treatment times within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
How to cancel or change your appointment: Cancellations should be made by calling us. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - please either leave a message on our salon telephone number or use our mobile contact number 07947 700722. You may cancel by email but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. If you have an email address registered with us, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
7. Our right to cancel
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone - where possible.
8. Wedding makeupWedding makeup may be booked up to 6 months prior to your wedding day.
In the event of WAGs becoming unavailable on your wedding day, we reserve the right to provide service through another trained therapist to carry out the application.
(a) Trial makeup consultation
One trial makeup session is included in the wedding makeup session price.The trial makeup session (50% of total wedding makeup price) will be payable on the day of the trial and the further 50% will be payable on the wedding day.
Home visits for wedding makeup on the day of the wedding can be arranged for a small fee at the salon's discretion - please contact us for further details.
A two week cancellation fee for wedding day makeup will be required to ensure a cancellation fee is not incurred. If less than two weeks notice is given or on the event of non arrival the full cost will be payable.
9. Privacy policyWe will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Your file
You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline, mobile telephone numbers and an email address.
11. General Treatment Advice - Very Important Information
Food - Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments.
Alcohol - Never consume alcohol before any treatment.
Medical Conditions - If you have any of the following it is essential to tell your therapist before your treatment as some electrical treatments are prohibited if you suffer from these conditions:
* Pacemaker
* Heart Condition
* Diabetes
* Allergies
* Epilepsy
* Contact Lenses
* Pregnancy
* Recent operations/surgical treatments
* Radio therapy
Waxing
Do not have heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, Jacuzzi, workout, or swim etc.) Less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax. Avoid wearing "Best" underwear for Bikini wax. Avoid normal deodorants after under arm wax.
12. Mobile Phones
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please ensure all mobile phones are switched off during your time at the salon.
13.RefundsWe do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us.
14.Children
Children under 12 years old must be supervised and accompanied by an adult not receiving treatment.
